Responsibilities & contribution

• Manages 10+ concurrent projects and programmes involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Power Platform, integrations and Power BI.
• Coordinates 10–15 consultants and developers across business analysis, functional consulting, infrastructure and development.
• Manages senior client and stakeholder relationships across multiple entities and workstreams.
• Delivered ERP implementation, integrations, Budget, Employee Self-Service, Travel Request and Stock Request applications.
• Strengthened project planning, risk management, change management and delivery processes to keep projects aligned with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Supports the Modern Workplace team on cybersecurity implementations across internal and client environments, and helps present digital solutions to prospective clients.

What it built: Running several enterprise engagements at once: keeping consultants, developers and client stakeholders pointed at the same outcome, and treating adoption as part of delivery rather than an afterthought.

A small-scale mining operation in Kano State, run from excavation through mineral processing.

Responsibilities & contribution

• Managed operations from excavation through mineral processing: artisanal workers, logistics, budgeting, safety and mineral handling.
• Worked closely with rural communities and site workers to identify basic needs and support their inclusion in the company's corporate responsibility efforts.
• Reported directly to directors on site performance, resource allocation and secure mineral-handling processes.
• Represented the company alongside the Managing Director as a delegate at the Future Minerals Forum in Saudi Arabia.

What it built: Leadership without a screen in between: earning trust on site by working alongside local workers, and reporting plainly to directors.

Galaxy Backbone is the Federal Government of Nigeria's ICT infrastructure and shared-services provider.

Responsibilities & contribution

• Resolved 20+ internal IT support tickets each week using ServiceNow and Active Directory.
• Collaborated with the Security Operations Centre team on endpoint security, firewall rule optimisation and network monitoring.

What it built: A working understanding of government-scale infrastructure, service management and security operations.

A Kuala Lumpur-based company where he led development of an application.

Responsibilities & contribution

• Led development of the application.
• Gathered business and user requirements and designed the system architecture.
• Developed backend services using Firebase and REST APIs under Agile SDLC practices.
• Managed source control with GitHub and performed functional and integration testing.

What it built: End-to-end ownership of a build, from requirements to tested release. Received a Letter of Appreciation for performance and contribution.

• Coordinated cross-functional teams.
