Enterprise transformation
Enterprise business applications portfolio
Managing a portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and Power Platform engagements across several client entities, with teams of 10–15 consultants and developers.
Context & problem
Organisations moving finance, operations and internal requests onto enterprise platforms need more than a software install. Each engagement involves several entities, a mix of functional and technical workstreams, and senior stakeholders with different priorities.
Why it mattered
ERP and business-application projects fail most often on coordination and adoption, not on technology. Keeping scope, timelines and people aligned is where the value is protected.
