Services & collaboration
Where I can help, and what working together might look like
These are areas of experience, not a menu of packaged products. Depending on the context, collaboration may happen through my employer, as an advisory conversation, a partnership or a volunteer role. We work that out together.
Digital transformation & enterprise technology
Getting business applications implemented, adopted and actually used.
Grounded in: Current project management work on Dynamics 365, Business Central and Power Platform engagements.
- Problems it addresses
- ERP or business-application projects that have stalled between scoping and go-live
- Manual approval processes (budgets, travel, stock, staff requests) that need a digital workflow
- Requirements that business and technical teams understand differently
- Who it serves
- Private companies, public institutions and multi-entity organisations adopting Microsoft business applications or similar platforms.
- A typical engagement
- Usually starts with a short conversation about where the project is, followed by a requirements or delivery review and a practical plan.
Project & programme management
Planning, coordination and risk management that keeps multidisciplinary teams moving.
Grounded in: A Master in Project Management, PMI membership, Scrum certification, and coordination of 10–15 consultants and developers.
- Problems it addresses
- Several concurrent projects competing for the same people
- Risks and issues that surface too late
- Stakeholders who are informed but not aligned
- Who it serves
- Delivery teams, PMOs and organisations running technology or institutional programmes.
- A typical engagement
- Delivery planning, risk and issue frameworks, stakeholder communication rhythms and change management support.
Software engineering & technical scoping
Translating an idea or a need into something a development team can build.
Grounded in: A Software Engineering degree from UPM, hands-on development with Firebase and REST APIs, and business analysis on an IoT system.
- Problems it addresses
- A product idea without written requirements
- Unclear system boundaries, integrations or data flows
- Uncertainty about whether a technical plan is realistic
- Who it serves
- Founders, NGOs and institutions planning a software product or system integration.
- A typical engagement
- Requirements workshops, solution outlines, UML/process modelling and technical project assessments.
Governance, policy & institutional engagement
Bringing a practical technology perspective to policy and public-sector conversations.
Grounded in: Legislative mentorship fellowship, internet governance fellowship, cybersecurity training and NESG policy commission membership.
- Problems it addresses
- Technology policy discussions that need delivery-level grounding
- Public-sector innovation ideas that need a realistic implementation path
- Consultations that should include youth and technical voices
- Who it serves
- Public institutions, policy groups, civil society and development partners.
- A typical engagement
- Participation in dialogues, consultations, panels and working groups, on a non-partisan basis.
Youth development & strategic partnerships
Connecting youth networks, professional communities and partners around shared programmes.
Grounded in: Secretary General of YALI Network Kano, Chair of Young Crew IPMA Nigeria, and several summit committee roles.
- Problems it addresses
- Youth programmes looking for organising partners in Kano or northern Nigeria
- Professional bodies seeking young project managers and technologists
- Events that need a moderator, speaker or organising committee member
- Who it serves
- Youth networks, foundations, professional associations and event organisers.
- A typical engagement
- Programme collaboration, committee work, moderation and speaking, where the fit is right.
Boundaries. Commercial work and public-service roles are kept separate. A public appointment is never offered as part of a commercial engagement, and no institution named on this site endorses any service.
Confidentiality. Client systems, data and institutional information stay confidential. Examples on this site are described at the level of the problem and the approach.
